As a System Administrator, you play a key role in ensuring the daily management and smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. Thanks to your expertise, colleagues worldwide can rely on dependable systems, fast support, and secure access to data and applications.
In this position, you will manage, optimize, and secure our systems, networks, and applications. You will take ownership of both on-premise and cloud environments, ensuring performance, security, and reliability.
Supporting, configuring, and maintaining the office network, on-premise and cloud servers
Installing and configuring software, hardware, and networks
Monitoring system performance and resolving incidents and issues
Ensuring security and efficiency of the IT infrastructure
Acting as the first point of contact for employees with IT-related questions
Managing and supporting third-party applications and tools
Setting up and managing accounts, permissions, passwords, and workstations for new users
Maintaining and managing data systems and backups
Managing Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and other office applications
Deploying and enforcing global IT policies via Microsoft Intune
Creating and maintaining documentation
Job requirements
MBO degree or HBO starter
At least 3 years of experience in an IT environment
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure
Service-oriented with excellent communication skills
Flexible and proactive, with a hands-on mentality (not a strict 9-to-5 mindset)
Practical experience with networking, routing, and switching
Proficiency in Dutch and English
Administrator-level skills in Office 365 and SharePoint
Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Windows OS, and servers
Experience with Linux and macOS
Familiarity with Microsoft Intune
