Job Summary


We are seeking a part-time Contract Administrator/Paralegal to join our Madison-based team. This role will work 20- 30 hours per week and play a key role within our US organization.


The Senior Contract Specialist will draft, negotiate, and manage the contracts between Cyclomedia and our customers. This role collaborates closely with our Sales, Operations, Finance and Legal team to serve as the key company contact for all US contracts.


Job Duties


  • Discuss contract requirements with Sales team members and Operations and establish priorities and contract deliverables for all client contracts.
  • Prepare contracts using appropriate contract and business required terms and conditions.
  • Review contracts internally, recommend changes and assist in negotiating those changes.
  • Review Statement of Work documents and recommend and negotiate changes.
  • Identify and mitigate business risk through adherence to our company policies, compliance, legal requirements and industry regulations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of contract agreements, renewals and terminations.
  • Work with different departments to address opportunities for contract, policy and process improvements.
  • Consult with inhouse legal team and outside legal services on an as needed basis.

Job requirements

Skills and Experience


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Law or other related field.
  • Minimum of 5 or more years of Contract Administration and Legal Support.
  • Experience in commercial contracting and understanding its legal fundamentals.
  • Profound business understanding, preferably in IT-B2B/B2G environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills are required.
  • Proficient in MS Office software.
