We are looking for a Senior Business Controller to strengthen our finance team and drive performance in line with strategic goals. Reporting to the Group Controller, you will work closely with the business, turning financial insights into actionable decisions. This dynamic role offers room for growth, learning, and real impact through proactive analysis, strategic thinking, and continuous improvement.

• Analyzing financial data and preparing detailed management reports to track performance against targets.

• Help stakeholders in defining and setting the right targets to manage business performance and connect business goals with planning and reporting activities.

• Ensuring the reliability and timely delivery of management and other information.

• Identifying areas for improvement and collaborating with stakeholders to implement best practices.

• Being a key team member in supporting business functions, as the owner of financial information.

• Supporting the team and business as needed on ad-hoc projects.

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.

• 4 or more + years of relevant experience in a similar position, in a high-paced, international organization.

• Sound judgement, professional and personal integrity

• Strong mathematical, technical, and analytical skills, with high proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and/or Power BI

• Entrepreneurial mindset

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across the organization

• Experience with Lucanet (or similar systems) is beneficial.
