Join Cyclomedia as a Sales Technical Support Specialist!
You will work with public sector and local government clients, ensuring that our GIS and smart city solutions deliver real value.
Your responsibilities
Support existing public-sector clients in the practical use of Cyclomedia solutions, including GIS applications, street-level imagery, 3D point clouds, spatial data and infrastructure management systems.
Conduct user training, working sessions and onboarding meetings for city halls, road authorities and other infrastructure-related clients.
Help clients understand how to use GIS data and applications in their daily work, for example in road asset management, field inspection reduction, infrastructure inventories, spatial analysis, urban management or advertising control.
Analyze how clients use implemented systems and identify where additional training, configuration, data explanation or process support is needed.
Act as a link between the client, Service Desk, GIS teams, technical teams and sales teams when user adoption or client satisfaction is affected by technical, data-related or process-related issues.
Prepare usage analyses, client notes, meeting summaries and recommendations for improving system adoption.
Translate client-side needs into practical recommendations for system use, additional data, modules, services or further implementation stages.
Support Account Managers in developing existing accounts by identifying real client needs and growth opportunities based on system usage and client workflows.
Build long-term relationships with users and decision-makers by combining GIS/application knowledge with an understanding of how public-sector clients work.
Participate in onsite and online meetings, demonstrations and training sessions.
Report client activities, adoption risks, opportunities and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
Work closely with sales, technical, operational and international Cyclomedia group teams.

Wymagania
Our requirements
Practical experience with GIS, spatial data, digital maps, geospatial applications or infrastructure management systems.
Experience in at least one of the following areas: GIS technical support, application support, GIS/user training, system implementation, application consulting, technical customer support or working with users of spatial/infrastructure systems.
Ability to explain technical or data-related topics in a practical way to non-technical users.
Experience in working with clients or end users, preferably in the public sector, local government, road authorities, utilities, infrastructure, geodesy, spatial planning or smart city-related areas.
Readiness to conduct training sessions, user workshops, online meetings and onsite client visits.
Understanding that this role combines user support, system adoption, advisory work and cooperation with sales teams in developing existing clients.
Basic understanding of how GIS systems are used in daily operational work: maps, layers, spatial data, inventories, measurements, reports, field inspections or infrastructure records.
Good organizational skills, independence and consistency in following up with clients.
Good communication skills and ability to build trust with both users and decision-makers.
Good command of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Working proficiency in English, sufficient for internal communication within an international group.
Willingness to travel; category B driving license required.
Nice to have
Experience with road asset management systems, municipal GIS, infrastructure inventories, mobile mapping data, 360° imagery, LiDAR point clouds or smart city platforms.
Experience in training public-sector users or supporting local government clients.
Higher education in geoinformatics, geography, spatial planning, geodesy and cartography, transport, civil engineering, public administration or related fields.
Experience in identifying client needs and supporting upsell or cross-sell activities, especially in technical or data-driven solutions.
Interest in smart city, digital twins, infrastructure management and spatial data.
