With over 40 years of proven experience capturing street level imagery in different environments, Cyclomedia develops, builds, and operates the world’s most advanced mobile mapping systems. A combination of sensors ranging from cameras and LiDAR scanners to state-of-the-art positioning systems captures, measures, identifies and maps areas in the United States and Europe.

 

Our Quality Assurance Specialists are responsible for monitoring and reviewing performance to ensure results align with company standards. This includes but is not limited to performing QA audits and developing quality assurance controls and best practices based on changing technology, workplace evolution, and client requirements. Occasionally, QA Specialists take lead roles on small internal projects or new product testing with cross functional teams.

 

This is a full-time position located in Middleton, Wisconsin. We offer a hybrid work schedule with 2-3 days in the office.  We also offer the opportunity to work a four-day work week in this role.

Job Duties

·        Responsible for ensuring consistent standardized quality and workflows throughout the data extraction process are adhered to for each project  

·        Reviews data for errors and reports to project lead and partner teams.

·        Helps to develop process and workflow improvements to improve team efficiency.

·        Participates in innovation and improvement projects

·        Processes project data according to established procedures and guidelines.  

·        Diligently tracks and updates data collection and data extraction progress sheets.  

·        Works independently to identify and solve project related problems.  

·        Communicates changes or issues impacting workflow and timelines with Delivery and Training teams.  

·        Performs review of data in GIS software.

·        Completes documentation needed to support Quality Assurance procedures.  

 

Job requirements

Skills and Experience

·        High School Diploma/GED Equivalent required. 

·        Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred. 

·        1+ years of data entry, customer service, or similar experience 

·        Basic knowledge of GIS applications and file formats is a plus. 

·        Python Scripting knowledge is a plus.

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office and work in a Microsoft Windows environment. 

·        3D environment navigation, such as gaming and CAD is a plus. 

·        Strong written and verbal communication stills

·        Leadership skills a plus.
