We are looking for a Product Manager with a passion for data technology, creative problem-solving, and collaboration and a strong background in GIS.
As part of the Consumption Tribe, you will be responsible for setting the vision and executing the strategy for our APIs and strategic integrations.
The Product Manager of the APIs and Strategic Integrations:
Builds and owns the relationship with our strategic partner Esri
Builds and owns relationships with our key suppliers, e.g. Merkator
Sets a product vision and strategy on how we make our data optimally available for our customers via APIs and the integrations
Drives the roadmap for exposing our different datasets in the most valuable way for our customers, by identifying and prioritizing the most valuable customer problems to target.
Drive the API development life cycle from product discovery to delivery, together with the engineers, designers and QA team.
Defines and drives the approach to API usage analytics and statistics
Manages and works closely together with stakeholders of the product and aligns them on the product direction.
Ensures the profitability of the product and is ultimately responsible for product success.
Job requirements
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a technical or business/innovation field.
6 or more years of working experience.
4 or more years of experience in the GIS industry
Experience with implementing, launching and maintaining API integrations.
Led multiple initiatives from discovery to delivery as a product manager.
A strong sense of ownership and sense of urgency to everything you do.
Experience working with cross-functional teams of engineers and UX designers.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
A dynamic and innovative mindset coupled with the thrive to excel in a constantly changing environment
Highly analytical with strong business acumen.
Ability to travel 10% of the time.
This role is on-site in Zaltbommel, The Netherlands.
