Cyclomedia excels at capturing real-world imagery and transforming it into highly accurate, valuable insights. Our mission is to digitize the outside world on a large scale, with high accuracy in 2D and 3D, as shown in this preview.

 

With over 40 years of proven experience capturing street level imagery in different environments, Cyclomedia develops, builds, and operates the world’s most advanced mobile mapping systems. A combination of sensors ranging from cameras and LiDAR scanners to state-of-the-art positioning systems captures, measures, identifies and maps areas in the United States and Europe.

We’re looking for a proactive, data-driven Operational Chain Manager to join our Operations team.

In this key role, you’ll be responsible for optimizing end-to-end processes, implementing performance management practices, and leading operational change initiatives. You’ll help ensure we meet both internal and external standards, including ISO certifications, while fostering efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.

As Operational Chain Manager, you’ll lead efforts to strengthen our operational performance through a mix of data analysis, process improvement, and quality management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • KPI Reporting & Dashboards

    • Develop and maintain KPI reports and dashboards to deliver clear insights into operational performance

    • Identify deviations and opportunities for improvement through data analysis

  • Continuous Improvement

    • Organize and lead regular Continuous Improvement meetings across the organization

    • Ensure effective follow-up and execution of improvement initiatives

  • Process Mapping & Automation

    • Map end-to-end operational processes (e.g., using BPMN or equivalent methods)

    • Initiate and support process automation projects to drive efficiency and scalability

  • Quality & Certification Management

    • Lead and maintain ISO certifications, including ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 27001 (Information Security), and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management)

    • Manage documentation, internal audits, and ongoing compliance activities

  • Operational Readiness

    • Ensure new products, services, and initiatives are fully operationalized within the Operations teams

    • Apply ITIL best practices to structure and manage operational processes effectively

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar operations or process improvement role.

  • Proven experience with KPI reporting, process modeling, and change management.

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (Strong preference).

  • Solid knowledge of and experience with ITIL (required).

  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and preferably ISO 14001.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable improvements.

  • Skilled in stakeholder management with strong communication abilities.

  • Structured, hands-on, and results-oriented mindset.

  • Highly motivated team player, with a positive attitude and passion to build a business.
