We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales team member responsible for selling and stimulating demand for licenses with both existing and new customers across diverse market segments. In this role, you will follow up on incoming leads and apply your knowledge of our products, their features, and the market to achieve volume and daily objectives, in line with our established policies.


  • Follow up on leads up to closure of the pilot or license agreement.
  • Proactively monitoring, evaluating, and advising the client
  • Understanding the wide range of sectors we are working in
  • Explaining the use of the Cyclomedia’ s application and advising clients to digitalize their work processes
  • Drafting contracts within the legal boundaries of Cyclomedia and managing invoices
  • Providing feedback from clients and partners to improve our solutions and digital transformation.
  • Supporting the Country manager in the follow-up of client-facing and preparing meetings
  • Managing CRM and making sure all details per opportunity are being followed up



Job requirements

  • 0 to 2 years experience in sales, preferably in the vertical /segment of application.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related study
  • Effectively builds formal and informal relationships networks inside the organization and can leverage a network for their development
  • Technical knowledge to understand working processes and technologies to understand the best practices
  • Communication and negotiation skills, for example, listening attentively and using compelling arguments, to convince external partners to accept complete proposals and programs.
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Problem-solving and able to make decisions
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of Excel
