We are looking for a Financial Assistant to support our Finance team with day-to-day financial and administrative tasks.

We are looking for a Financial Assistant to support our Finance team with day-to-day financial and administrative tasks. You will play a vital role in ensuring that financial processes run efficiently and accurately. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and looking to grow within a finance environment.

Supporting the sales administration process to ensure smooth order handling,
Preparing and sending customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner,
Keeping track of outstanding invoices and supplier payments (accounts receivable and payable),
Contributing to projects focused on improving data quality and financial input accuracy,
Creating and maintaining spreadsheets and financial reports under the supervision of senior colleagues,
Managing financial correspondence, including emails and phone inquiries,
Taking on various administrative and operational finance tasks as needed.
Job requirements
MBO – Financial background
2 to 3 years of relevant finance experience
Experience with Exact Globe and Exact Synergy or similar software
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Accuracy
Ability to work independently
Team player
Excellent communication skills
Able to prioritize
Good Dutch and English language skills
German would be an advantage
