  • Manage resource planning (operators, vehicles, camera systems) and cost control.

  • Provide daily direction to operators and coordinate with the QC Manager on project progress.

  • Monitor budgets and adjust where needed based on financial analysis.

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients regarding progress and status reporting.

  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to the client.

  • Track and monitor KPIs and quality results with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Recruit, train, and coach operators in existing and new countries.

  • Support standard projects from an operations perspective.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of education.

  • 5+ years of experience, preferably in a geo-related environment.

  • Strong process and business focus combined with solid project management skills.

  • Accurate, structured, and excellent communication abilities.

  • Commercial acumen with the ability to align customer needs and operations.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and GIS tools (QGIS, ArcGIS, FME).

  • Fluency in German and English is essential; additional European languages are an advantage.

What we offer

  • A supportive, international team of over 450 colleagues.

  • Opportunities for personal and professional growth (training, courses, coaching)

  • Competitive salary with work-from-home and travel allowance

  • 25 vacation days, with the option to build up to 35. (Additional day off after Ascension Day)

  • Mental Health Day - One flexible day each year to rest, recharge, and focus on your mental well-being.

  • Sport subscription discount

  • Free fruit, soup, and salads in the company canteen

  • A hybrid way of working for a good work-life balance

  • Company laptop and smartphone
