We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join Cyclomedia in Belgium to expand our Corporate business in different vertical segments.


Cyclomedia has highly established businesses in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and the US, and expanding its reach in new countries with project in 31 countries globally. The activities are focused on data capture with mobile mapping devices, on extracting data insights with AI algorithms and building vertical solutions with an ecosystem of various industry experts.


In 2023, Belgium became the 2nd country in the group to obtain full country data coverage. If you are interested in being part of a progressive, fast-growing and innovative company and driving forward our Belgian Corporate business, then this role would suit you well.


Responsibilities


  • Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline for different verticals.
  • Build relationships with existing and new customers both on business, technology and Cx0 level.
  • Identify customer needs to successfully position the value of our data capture and data insights services.
  • Participate in and organize with marketing enough conferences, meetings and network events to identify opportunities and become a vertical industry expert.
  • Work smart and hard to achieve the quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the product portfolio with new services, based on proven customer feedback, insights, POC’s and ROI studies and collaborate with the product teams to scale these new solutions to the market.

Job requirements

  • Technology industry domain expertise and expertise working in business development roles focused on the Belgian Corporate market.
  • Experience in solutions selling. Being a trusted advisor for clients.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in creating and managing pipelines.
  • Collaboration with Marketing on follow up for lead generation.
  • A strong entrepreneurial spirit, taking end2end ownership
  • understanding the dynamics between customer technology executives and business stakeholders
  • Result driven
  • Interested in topics about Data (management), AI , SDG’s and Smart City concepts.
  • Fluent in Dutch, English and/or French.
