We’re looking for a hands-on Software Development Technical Lead.

This role combines coding (±50%) with setting the team’s technical direction and architecture. As the technical go-to, you'll mentor developers, make key decisions, and ensure scalable, secure, high-quality solutions.
Build cloud-based products that make a real impact.

Hands-On Development

• Build and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using C# and ASP.NET Core. 

• Bonus: Develop responsive web interfaces using React.js with a strong UX/UI focus. 
  Write clean, modular, and maintainable frontend code. 

• Deploy, monitor, and manage applications in cloud environments (Azure / AWS). Maintain CI/CD pipelines and support infrastructure automation. 

• Design, implement, and optimize relational (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., Cosmos DB, DynamoDB 

• Participate in code reviews and pair programming, setting high standards for the team. 

Technical Leadership & Quality

• Translate product requirements into technical architecture and solution designs that align with enterprise standards (Product Discovery). 

• Create and maintain technical project plans and design documentation. 

• Define and implement development practices including TDD, DDD, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines. 

• Monitor and improve code quality, test coverage, deployment success rate, and defect resolution speed. 

• Control and manage technical debt through proactive refactoring and long-term planning. 

• Build and lead initiatives to improve product reliability, performance, and scalability. 

• Mentor developers, encourage innovation, and support a strong engineering culture. 

• Passion for mentorship, knowledge sharing, and empowering others 

• Years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role. 

• Solid understanding of Agile principles, architecture, and engineering best practices. 

• Excellent communication skills and good command of English 

• Take ownership – from concept to production, translate complex tech into clear solutions  

• Are eager to learn and experiment with new technologies and actively contribute to technical decisions 

• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
