Cyclomedia excels at capturing real-world imagery and transforming it into highly accurate, valuable insights. Our mission is to digitize the outside world on a large scale, with high accuracy in 2D and 3D, as shown in this preview.

 

The large-scale geospatial data collection, visualization, and analysis enables sectors like governments, telco’s, utility companies, and transportation networks to assess and plan work in the outside space, leading to safer navigation, environmental sustainability, and improved safety and connectivity for future generations, and much more.

 

Cyclomedia is uniquely positioned as we cover the entire mobile mapping value chain with our patented hardware, processing, and AI data analytics. Through our APIs and our Street Smart application, we provide access to this valuable data. Street Smart is currently accessed over 50 million times per year by our customers and continues to grow.

We’re looking for an Internal Communications Lead to bring our story to life from the inside out.
In this role, you’ll shape and deliver global internal communication strategies that truly connect, fostering engagement, supporting change, and strengthening our culture.

You’ll be the driving force behind clear, timely, and consistent messaging across the organization. By aligning communications with our values and goals, you’ll help inspire the behaviors that fuel a positive, energetic, and purpose-driven workplace.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute the internal communications strategy

  • Collaborate with leadership on messaging and communication plans

  • Write and manage internal content (newsletters, intranet, CEO updates, announcements)

  • Ensure consistent tone of voice and brand alignment

  • Manage internal platforms

  • Organize internal events and campaigns (e.g. town halls, culture initiatives)

  • Track effectiveness and employee engagement

  • Support employer branding and align with external messaging via Marketing

  • Advise leaders on communicating change and sensitive topics

  • Foster collaboration with HR, IT, and Marketing

  • Gather and act on employee feedback to strengthen communication and culture

Job requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or related roles 

  • Excellent command of both Dutch and English

  • Experience in change communications and working in cross-functional teams 

  • Knowledge of communication analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Viva, SharePoint, email campaign analytics) 

  • Proven creative skills in visual communication 

  • A desire to make a difference 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong editorial and storytelling ability 

  • Strategic thinking with a hands-on delivery mindset 

  • Proficiency with digital communication tools and platforms 

  • Stakeholder management and influencing skills 

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities 

  • An ability to operate across many departments on a global scale
