Are you an organizational talent with a passion for HR and administration? Our HR department is looking for an HR Backoffice Assistant who will serve as the first point of contact for all HR-related questions. In this role, you will provide administrative and payroll support and ensure that HR processes run smoothly.

  • Supporting payroll and general HR administration

  • Accurately maintaining employee data in HR-related databases

  • Acting as the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related questions

  • Handling administrative tasks related to employee onboarding and offboarding

  • Assisting in the recruitment process, such as scheduling interviews and preparing employment contracts

  • Creating and coordinating onboarding plans for new colleagues

  • Participating in a variety of HR projects

  • Helping to organize engaging and fun employee events

Job requirements

  • You have completed an MBO+ or Bachelor's degree, preferably in HRM or administration

  • At least 3+ years of relevant work experience

  • You are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and communicate clearly

  • You work accurately, in a structured manner, and can handle confidential information well

  • You can work independently

  • Excellent command of both Dutch and English

  • Experience with HR systems and payroll is a plus
