Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Process Improvement Intern to join the Product Management team for the summer! This full-time internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global company while working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

 

As an intern, you will play a key role in evaluating and enhancing our internal Product Management Process. You will work closely with stakeholders to analyze workflows, identify areas for improvement, and develop recommendations to drive efficiency and collaboration across teams. This internship will provide valuable exposure to product management methodologies, problem-solving frameworks, and cross-functional teamwork.

 

This is a full-time, on-site internship based in our Middleton, WI office.

 

Job Duties

  • Review the Product Management workflow by interviewing relevant stakeholders and team members.

  • Once the Workflow is created, determine how the Product Team collaborates with other teams within the company.

  • Conduct root-cause analyses and plan problem-solving sessions to allow for open discussion of process inefficiencies.

  • Develop recommendations for improvements and present them to stakeholders at various stages of the improvement process.

  • Aid in the standardization of processes for the Product Management team and the Research and Development team.

  • Conduct landscape gap analysis and develop recommendations for process improvement.

 

Job requirements

  • Pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Operations Management or other relevant field.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and work in a Microsoft Windows environment

  • Self-starter with efficient time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects and deadlines
