Job description

Cyclomedia excels at capturing real-world imagery and transforming it into highly accurate, valuable insights. Our mission is to digitize the outside world on a large scale, with high accuracy in 2D and 3D.

The large-scale geospatial data collection, visualization, and analysis enables sectors like governments, telco's and utilities to assess and plan work in the outside space. Leading to e.g. safe navigation from A to B, environmental sustainability, and improved connectivity for future generations.

Cyclomedia is uniquely positioned as we cover the entire mobile mapping value chain with patented hardware, processing and (AI) data analytics. Through our APIs and our Street Smart application, we provide access to this valuable data.

Esri is our most important partner ecosystem. A large share of our customers work inside ArcGIS every day, and we bring Cyclomedia imagery and insights directly into that environment through an integration we build ourselves and through our ArcGIS data services. This is a dedicated role at the centre of that partnership. You will own our Esri integration as a product, work closely with Esri at both product and commercial level, and build our presence across the wider Esri ecosystem so that far more of their users, partners, and distributors discover what Cyclomedia data can do for them.

Alongside the partnership, you will own the platform through which customers and partners access Cyclomedia data directly: our data and rendering APIs and our developer portal. These are established, widely used products, and you will sharpen the developer experience so customers and partners can build on our data with as little friction as possible.

This is a growing portfolio. As the role establishes itself, its scope is set to expand to our wider integration ecosystem and to new self-service ways for customers to access and purchase our data. There is a lot of room here to shape both the partnership and the products around it.

Are you interested in joining a highly successful, fast-growing technology company that brings the world to our customers' fingertips? If so, don't hesitate to apply!

We are looking for a Product Manager with a passion for data technology, a talent for building strong partner relationships, and the commercial instinct to turn an integration ecosystem into growing data revenue.

The Product Manager

  • Owns our Esri integration as a product: its vision, strategy, roadmap, quality, and the experience it delivers to our joint customers.

  • Builds a stronger commercial relationship with Esri, developing it into a partnership that opens up new joint opportunities and grows our data revenue.

  • Grows Cyclomedia's presence across the broader Esri ecosystem, including the ArcGIS Marketplace, Esri's own sales teams and distributors, their partner network, and their user events, so that more of their users find and adopt our data.

  • Is our dedicated product counterpart to Esri, building a strong working relationship at product and technical level, following ArcGIS platform direction, and keeping our integration aligned with where the platform is going.

  • Owns the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our data and rendering APIs and our developer portal, in collaboration with the rest of the product teams.

  • Grows the number of customers and partners actively building on our data, and the data revenue that flows through these channels, as the primary measure of success.

  • Identifies the most valuable customer and partner pain points in accessing and integrating our data, through customer and partner interviews and analysis of product and usage metrics.

  • Prioritizes new features and improvements across the integration and the data access platform.

  • Manages and works closely with stakeholders across product, commercial, and operations, and aligns them to the product direction.

  • Defines how the team measures success by developing KPIs and OKRs around partner and customer adoption, usage, and data revenue.

  • Is responsible for product requirements.

  • Ships product releases with software engineers, UX designers, QA, and others in the product team.

This role reports to the Group Product Manager for Client Facing Applications and works closely with the teams building our Street Smart applications and SDK.
